Gymea Bay Baths Reserve Stage 1

Green Civil Services Engaged to Construct the Gymea Bay Baths Stage 1 works Scope:

• Demolition of the existing decommissioned brick and concrete toilet and change room to the north end of the baths foredeck.
• New stairs at the Ellesmere Road entrance, to provide a safer and more formalised pedestrian connection into the reserve
• Installation of new stairs compliant with accessibility standards based on an accessibility assessment to provide inclusive access between the car park area and the baths area, to address current mobility barriers on steep, informal tracks. This will involve demolitions works for the storage shed (toilet, change room) to make space for the proposed staircase design leading to the baths
• Electrical and Lighting Design required to be undertaken
• Bush Regeneration Works
• Landscaping Works - Planting
• Install Sandstone Retaining Walls
• Carpark Upgrade
• Stormwater Upgrades
